    1. Set realistic standards and have realistic expectations for ourselves based on our situation in life. 2. Something positive or good can come out of every situation no matter how bad or negative it seems at the time it happened.

    1. I think there are some good support groups on facebook. 2. I think youtube is a good resource for increasing knowledge and education about mental health and how to improve it with therapy, dietary supplements, and lifestyle medicine. Plus youtube provides healing spiritual practices like music, meditations, affirmations, visualisations, hypnosis tracks, belly breathing, yoga, qi gong etc that can improve mental health.

I have given up on ever getting better. I really hope I am wrong. This disease is the worst thing that could ever happen to any one. I will keep on fighting it with the tools I am learning here. I'm always fighting the urge to not be here. It is not God's will for me or anyone else to kill themselves. With God's help I will find the way out or at the very least the tools to manage it better. God bless everyone who is struggling with this cruel disease.

By the way, there is talk of Mercury retrograde around April 2024, in astrology (can Google it). Apparently this can lead to a period of unsteadiness, confounding of emotions and also depression in humans. Maybe there is some truth to this ? I have also experienced a difficult period since about then, without knowing about this phenomenon.
